About us
3B Immobiliare has been operating since March 2000 in the branch of public and private works and has achieved numerous successes over the years thanks to the reliability shown both in the operational and economic fields. Since 2020 it has been led by Sandro Bulfaro who has introduced innovations aimed at improving operational steps and making costs more efficient and containment. Thanks to the new governance and its streamlined structure, 3B Immobiliare is now able to respond effectively to the various market situations.
Our mission
Thanks to the highly qualified staff, it ensures the execution of the works in a workmanlike manner, with resources and times optimized from a technical and economic point of view, in line with the requests of the client.

Public works
In the field of public works, all efforts are aimed at the realization in the times and in the ways established by the contracting authority and is specialized in repair and maintenance works of bridges, viaducts, canals and sewage systems. In particular, 3B Immobiliare carries out the work that involves the restoration, reinforcement and protection of the concrete, the waterproofing of the decks, the protection of the steel against corrosion and where foreseen it provides for the structural reinforcement and the relative sealing using very high performance machinery . Thanks to the new governance and its streamlined structure, 3B Immobiliare is now able to respond effectively to the various market situations.

Private works
In the private sector, 3B Immobiliare offers multiple solutions ranging from interventions for the redevelopment and conversion of buildings, to the implementation of interventions in the field of SuperBonus 110% and SismaBonus. We provide assistance in the design phase, carry out removal and reinstallation of sunscreen fixtures, installation of boilers without thermovalves, insulation of external walls, building automation systems, installation of solar collectors for the production of hot water and hybrid generators (pump of heat integrated with condensing boiler, assembled in the factory and expressly designed to work in combination with each other).
HEADQUARTERS
Castronuovo di Sant'Andrea
In 2021 the renovation of the 180 square meters of the offices of the Legal and Administrative headquarters in Castronuovo di Sant'Andrea (PZ) is completed. The renewal of the headquarters was necessary to follow up on the company reorganization needs aimed at introducing innovation also from an IT point of view. Thanks to the modernization of the structure, the processes are carried out more effectively and with shorter response times. In fact, the efficiency improvement of the office has made it possible to:
- implement management software entirely managed via the Cloud
- allow accessibility to documents and practices even if not physically located in the offices
- be able line with the new regulations through the use of smart working.
- Introducing new ways of managing the accounting phase
